Took a month to correct a minor address error
It took them two weeks to attempt to deliver the package in the first place, despite arriving in QLD after a week. Due to the sender having an error in the address, the package was not delivered and returned to the depot. It was almost a week before I noticed this, as there was no communication of the error, despite the package including my phone number. After calling DAI Post, we discovered the address typo (23/38 had become 2338), the customer service agent said the package would be resent promptly. It took a month to be resent, and over that time, the customer service agent, Erika Draper, sent 10 pointless emails that were flagged by my email as written by AI. Each email took two paragraphs to say “we’re working on it” with zero information relevant to my case or any details on what was being done. The package was tel delivered via AusPost in the end. I will be contacting the sender to ensure DAI Post is avoided in future.
