Had issues with parcel on arrival into country when customs lost my parcel for 2 weeks. Erika Dapur in the customer care team escalated where necessary and got a result - parcel delivered 3 days after reaching out to Erika. Thanks Erika - true star and kept following up and updating me on the progress

Great customer service. I wasn’t home so my parcel was taken to a local collection point. The collection point couldn’t locate my parcel and then denied receiving it. I called Dai post who were really helpful and efficient. They provided me with photo evidence of the chain of custody as proof. Got my parcel in the end.

I was expecting a parcel from overseas. Very late in the process I realized there was a mistake with my address. I called DAI post. Scott Thomkins Jala was very helpful. Even though the parcel was already out for delivery. He right away ensured that it doesn't get delivered at the wrong address. And kept me posted with the updates on when to expect the parcel. Very smooth experience.
