Terrible service, package was marked as "delivered" but was not found, only after I called the hotline and chased up then the delivery was finally made the next day. Something dishonest is going on. Also, to add insult to injury, the package was opened when I received it. The Singapore customer service team member Vincent Cabahug was also unprofessional and avoided addressing my complaints about the incorrect delivery status and the opened package, instead just closing my case without resolving the issue, terrible customer service and unprofessional, but somehow expected considering the attitude given during my phone conversations with him. Please consider hiring more professional service agents, and also proper delivery staff who do not open customer packages involuntarily.

Useless. Parcel arrived in Sydney on 12th December. Received 2 x comformations saying 'in transit, parcel is on its way to you'. Come 19th December I ring them . Parcel has not even left their warehouse. Not delivered by Christmas and they had 2 weeks to do so once receiving the parcel. Plus said it was on its way on their tracking and it wasn't.

Multiple bad experiences with this company. It always plays out the same way. Somebody is always home, the parcel tracking shows "Unsafe to leave at address", no card in the mailbox, parcel not dropped at the nearby post office, no email about failed delivery - you figure this out after checking the tracking number. The parcel ends up in a returns facility in Padstow. You lodge an online query or phone call, they take 24 hours to give you a response (if you get one). They've had my current parcel for 10 days. One online query and two phone calls across three days later I'm told by the overseas call centre "we'll email you in 24-48 hours once we have approval to release your parcel". No pickup address is published anywhere on the internet. At one point I was told "when we locate your parcel we'll give you an address for pick up". Absolutely atrocious service, avoid at all costs. If you find your items will be shipped by DAI cancel the transaction.

'Partner' of Evri failed to return to sender a parcel apparently undeliverable in New Zealand. I guess they nicked it as nobody can now find it. No excuse. Evri's cheaper in the UK than Royal Mail. Now we know why.

Horribly experience getting in contact to resolve a missing parcel. I had a parcel being handled by daipost/parcelright which was never delivered. I was home on delivery day and no one rang the doorbell, yet the online tracking says delivery was attempted. Throughout the whole process I didn't receive a single email, call or text updating me on the status of my parcel when it was shipped, out for delivery, sent to collection point, sent to returns facility etc. The email I sent them was left on delivered for several days with no replies even when I had sent a chase-up email. They've also implemented a fake "wait queue" when calling their customer service to waste the customers time. I've called them several times every day for the past 4 days to try get in touch with someone but every time I would have to wait for exactly 15 minutes before being told "there is no operator available". The automated message told me there was anywhere from 0-4 people ahead of me in the queue but each time the wait was exactly the same. Absolutely malicious design to waste hours from their customers life. I was finally able to get in touch with a representative when I called in through their Business line rather than Customer line. 0 wait time, 0 queue, 0 BS. Will absolutely immediately ask for a cancelation/refund of my order in the future if I find out they are delivering through daipost/parcelright.

"Your parcel’s being sorted, delivery is just around the corner." Status since 30 November. It's now 18 December. I reached out to their Customer Care team 2 weeks ago, Charmaine promised an update within 48 hours. Just like my parcel, she's disappeared too. No communication, no reliability and no accountability. Avoid this company if you wish to have a successful delivery.

I’m extremely frustrated with this service. My order has been marked as "Parcel unsafe to leave at address" twice now. The first was sent to a residential address, and the second to a retail business address. In both instances, someone was present to receive the delivery, and both locations have CCTV footage. However, the footage clearly shows no attempt was made to deliver the parcels. To make matters worse, their call center doesn't provide any information on wait times, likely because they're overwhelmed with calls about missing packages. It’s disappointing to see an international company relying on this courier, as it’s clearly costing them thousands in unclaimed deliveries.

Lizette Tecson was the worst customer support staff I have ever dealt with ever. She did not answer my questions and copy and pasted the same response in every email. I'm not sure if she is a real person or an AI chatbot. They've lost the package that was handled to them by DHL and refuse to take accountability for the mistake. The customer hotline is equally frustrating, I've been in the call for half and hour and there are still 'more 10 people ahead in the queue'. I'm not sure how this company is even legal. I've seen reddit threads full of complaints of dai post from people who have not received their parcel nor gotten a refund for them. This company deserves to be shut down.
