They sent an SMS saying they tried to deliver an item from DHL on the 31st/December 2025, but I was not home (I am not sure if they even attempted to deliver my item, after all this experience I am having with them). Then I rang them, spoke with Janiel Agsalod, and other customer service members over the phone 3 times, they provided me a reference number, they say that "they cannot tell when will be the date of the next attempt to delivery", nor they reply ANY emails. I wonder if my purchase will ever be delivered. It seems like a scam company that only provide you reference numbers with no real updates.

I would NOT recommend ever using this provider. They lost my package and tried to convience me it was delivered by sending me a photo .... of a completely different house. DO NOT use them by any means!!! Scam organisation

Absolutely pathetic behaviour by delivery driver. Threw parcel from the roadside. Yet to collect parcel, I am not home yet and it’s sitting out in the rain. Will upload video if possible.

Frustrating and time wasting, spent over an hour trying to resolve issue with them to redeliver a parcel, still not sorted out.

If I could give zero I would. All these Muppets had to do was deliver a soft hat in a small satchel. When it came down to delivery time and they got you my driveway the driver was presented with a number of options. Letter box Come up the 30m drive and put it by the door Knock on the door and deliver Hell, they could have even thrown it in the garden and it would have been a better option. Where did they leave it... On the ground, by the roadside about 2m from the letter box. When I complained what was their response... Gee, that's terrible. We'll talk about it at a meeting. Maybe try and see if the company your bought it will give you another one for free. Absolutely hopeless

Mum sent a parcel of Christmas goodies to Aus as she does every year. Parcel was sat for 3 weeks not moving - no tracking update on mums end. Eventually using a completely different tracking number found out it was with customs. They claimed to email me but when read the email back they had spelt ‘ggogle’ not ‘google’. Apparently they didn’t think to resend it when I didn’t reply nor do they notice the typing error or contact the sender. 10 days (call it 7 with Xmas break) after numerous follow ups they tell me it is $200 fee for inspection. Given it’s been sat in warehouse and barely worth $50 I just said destroy it. I understand protocol but the complete lack of iniative and timeliness is what has caused the issue here. Never using again.

Hugely disappointed parcel sent from the UK to Tasmania in November, DAI have had it since 21st November, still waiting for delivery on 30th December. Sender and Recipient are very cross. Email correspondence has not been great, difficult to phone from the UK.

They didn’t even knock on my door and chucked parcel where it was stolen either by the driver or someone else and they won’t reimburse me for lost goods they could of left the parcel anywhere else but where they left it and it would have been safe I think the driver did it on purpose
