I can't speak to the timeliness of the delivery as the sender sent to an incorrect address. Once I realised this I got onto the customer service people who were very helpful and great to deal with. They confirmed with the sender to change the address, and then I received my parcel within a few days. Everything along the way was followed up exceptionally.

Thank you Scott Jala from customer service for the help. Had an issue with not being able to find my package because it did not specify in tracking the delivery location, but was able to locate it with help.

The delivery update was a bit slow, however the customer service team were very helpful. They took my parcel to a collecting point in a walking distance which is also very nice and convenient.

I've had two separate experiences with DAI Post. To be fair, on both occasions their customer service responded within 24 hours and genuinely tried to resolve the issue. At least it wasn't an AI chatbot that immediately closed the ticket without providing any resolution. While one package ended up being returned to the sender and I had to request a refund, the other was successfully redirected to my address. In both cases, the same sender in the US failed to include my contact details on the parcel, which meant the package was held awaiting additional information from me. My advice to customers is to keep an eye on the tracking updates. If a parcel gets held up, DAI Post's customer service can often help sort it out before it becomes a bigger issue. Overall, despite the hiccups, I've had positive experiences with their support team. Good work, DAI Post.

Delivery was delayed due to some slightly non specified issues but resolution was good and customer service was good when activated.

Long time waiting for clearance, but great communication from the agent. Package arrived in great condition.

We had sent some chocolate Easter treats from England to Australia. The English courier (Evri), had incorrectly filled in the customs form, so despite me telling their agent the parcel contained chocolate 'mini eggs', she had written 'cocoa beans' on the form. It was then impounded by the Australian Bio Security authorities. Thankfully, Erika Dapar of DAI, was excellent in her communication with me, and talked me through the process of supplying the correct information (even though by the time the problem had emerged, I could not recall exactly what was posted or its value, and I no longer had the receipt. She really was very helpful and understanding and it was through her hard work, the package was released and reached its goal. The only reason I have not given 5 stars is just in case DAI is part of the Evri group, as it was Evri's incompetence which caused the problem in the first place

I had two parcels delivered by DAI. The first was left outside the building front gate without any attempt to ring the intercom. I pre-empted the second delivery and called customer service. Fretzie was great and helpful. She organised the delivery driver to ring on arrival and there were no issues at all.
