My parcel was unable to be delivered as there was no safe place to leave it, and I missed the phone call from the driver. I contacted the office, and the Consumer Care Representative, Geraldine, was extremely helpful. She arranged a re-delivery of the parcel for me and worked around what would best suit me.

DAI Post gave me great tracking updates and I knew exactly where my international parcel was at all times. From its departure in China to its arrival in Sydney the passage through customs and the courier tracking from then on to its delivery in Queensland. I contacted their office with a query which was addressed in a friendly informative prompt professional manner by Jenny . Her follow up messages were much appreciated. The complete service I recieved was second to none and a rare thing these days . In closing thanks DAI for a great tracking / delivery service . Will certainly be using again . Highly recommend .
