I was importing and eBay purchase which was passed to USA Customs. I received a email from Jenny Gamusuran advising me that as the value of the parcel was over $1,000 needed to be sent to USA Customs and there could be a sizeable delay due to the volume of traffic they handle. Jenny contacted me two time in a very niece polite and friendly way. The delay on my parcel was minimal and it arrived on my doorstep within a fortnight. Brilliant. Well done and many thanks to Ms Gamusran and DAI Russell

Charmaine was fantastic. She answered my inquiry extremely promptly in a very friendly manner. She followed up on the status of my delivery and asked me to let her know when I received it. She kept the case open until I advised it had been received. First class service!

I purchased something that used this service to deliver the product. Initially I hadn’t gotten notifications on the delivery process but when I reached out for support and an enquiry I received timely updates and solutions. I was updated through every stage and was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and service I received! Jenny was the Consumer care representative that I was in contact with and she handled my case. Phenomenal work and I felt like I wasn’t just a number.

Couldn't track my parcel online. Kept telling me that it was undeliverable but not where it was. It was initially given to DHL hen passed to DAI. I got in touch with DAI online who responded promptly. Thew service person, Lizette Tecson, responded quickly, found my parcel and I was able to pick it up. Very happy with DAI's service and assistance, especially with thee service person, Lizette. Anne

We were waiting for an urgent package as my daughter was travelling overseas tomorrow. Lizette from Daipost helped us locate the package and then contacted the driver for us to ensure it was delivered today. The package then arrived safely and on time.
