What a difference my Dainely belt has made, I’d had sciatica for 5 months a completely debilitating condition as thousands will know, thought I will try this belt, I wore it for 2days and what a difference. I ordered and received my Dainely belt which had a manufacturer fault to a small part of the fabric stitching. After commenting on this through a review I was pleased to get a reply back from the customer service team to find out more. I then sent a couple of images of the issue as requested and was really impressed to then get a message back really quickly to inform me that the situation was in hand. Bearing in mind this last message I had was only yesterday, I have today received my new replacement belt. It really is fantastic to be looked after so well with something like this and to of got such a really good response. I’m looking forward to using my Belt to help me with my back issue, and I’m sure the effective improvement it will give me. Thank you so much to the Dainely team for the brilliant customer service experience you have delivered to me.

I was scammed in Facebook. I bought 2 pieces for their promo. I used if but they are not durable. They were selling fake items. I ordered through Amazon and got it today. I did compare and this one from Amazon is nicer but there’s no logo beside the word Dainely. I don't know if this is original, but very good quality.

I ordered a Dainely belt in February and wear it almost daily. For some reason the Velcro on one of the straps started slipping and would not stay tight. I contacted customer service via email and after review they sent me a replacement belt and apologized for the quality of the belt I received. This belt really does help with lower back pain and I will continue to wear it daily for pain relief that is tolerable.
