I’m waiting for more than two months for delivery, almost no communication except for their newsletters. When I asked them a month ago, they wanted to check with the warehouse. Status as of now is still unshipped. Absolute scam - be careful, don’t order! Update 24th February: Interestingly Dainely now offered me 30% refund after my review, then they increase it to 50%. Absolutely shameful and a scam. No product delivered or shipped within 2 months and then offering me 50% of refund. Seriously?! Update 25yh February: You understand my frustration? I provided you my number twice, once more than 2 months ago and again a few days ago with a screenshot showing that I already sent my number. This is merely an excuse! At least you confirm you will finally refund the entire amount, which after the entire experience with you, dear Dainely Team, has not been great at all! After many back and forth with your so-called warehouse or team I still don’t trust the fact that I get my money back. Happy to see and update you prove me wrong

We sincerely apologize for the delay in fulfilling your order and the lack of communication regarding its status. Upon reviewing your order details, we found that it was not shipped due to a missing phone number. We attempted to reach out to you multiple times to request the missing information but unfortunately did not receive any response from your side. As a result, we have processed a full refund for the amount paid for your order. We understand the frustration and inconvenience this situation may have caused, and we sincerely apologize for falling short of your expectations. It was never our intention to create such an experience for you. If you have any further questions or concerns, or if there is anything else we can assist you with, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We value your feedback and will use it to improve our processes in the future. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.

I've been a Dainely customer for a bit over 1 year and have nothing but good things to say about my experience with the Dainely Belt. I was suffering from lower back pain and decided on a walking program to help strengthen my core and rebuild my leg muscles. I could barely walk a mile without wanting to sit somewhere and rest/stretch to ease my back pain. Within a short time wearing the new Belt, I realized the pain was fading and I was able to increase my distances. I didn't think about the pain again until I was out of commission after surgery for 4 months. My back started bothering me again and the Dainely Belt has once again proven itself to be an essential part of my 'gear'. I now use it mowing the lawn, hiking, painting the house and doing pretty much everything as I'm also a photographer carrying a 35 pound shoulder bag loaded with equipment. Needless to say, I'm all in on the belt, but also have used the Dainely Shoulder Brace to relieve rotator cuff pain before I had surgery with great success, too. The prices are fair and my brief interaction with customer service to change my delivery location was handled smoothly, so just place an order and give it a try!
