No renewal notice. Refused to refund when I called on the day I was charged. Refused to let me speak with a supervisor multiple times. Deplorable.

I had signed up for a low cost monthly subscription in 2022, which I subsequently canceled in August 2024. I have not used DailyWire since that time. Apparently, someone or something signed me back up for DW at a discounted annual fee of $84 in November 2024, which I do not remember doing. I just noticed they had charged me DOUBLE that amount again in November 2025, $159. I reached out to customer service via their website chat and very politely asked for a refund as I didn't know there was a subscription and hadn't used the service at all. The agent refused, citing "policy". The agent refused to consider any specifics, or even to offer a pro-rata refund of the unused period. Her only "solution" was to cancel the recurrence on my behalf. I asked to speak with a manager or anyone who could have the discretion to consider my situation. I was rudely informed that "I understand that this is frustrating, but this decision is final." FWIW, their policy states: "Refund Policy. Unless required by applicable law, all purchases of subscriptions, whether for yourself or as a gift are final and are nonrefundable/nonreturnable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods or terms. We reserve the right to consider deviations from this policy for specific circumstances in our sole discretion. If we do issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future." So, they can consider deviations from policy, PER THE POLICY, but the agent refused. This is completely unacceptable customer service. DW deserves to fail if this is how it treats customers.

Content available is crap you can see anywhere. They auto renew without warning and customer service is non existent and subscriptions are non refundable even one day into a year subscription which even on sale is ridiculously over priced

Had some interest in joining to watch the new Pendragon series- but it looks like they just hijacked an ancient tale for bad CGI and their racist platform- though I should have known better given the hateful rhetoric spewed by the Wire cast. Seeing the reviews on how poorly the site is managed, I'll pass.

Do NOT subscribe to this service. It's impossible to unsubscribe without paying for a full year that you don't want. I am so fed up with subscription service and this is one of them. I am lodging a complaint with my senators and representatives. I thought congress was already doing something about this.

Forces renewal after 1 year gives only email notice but email is FLOODED woth other DW newsbriefs so customers don't know. You sign up at a low rate 1 year later they auto charge your card $150 and don't provide a means to reverse it once it's done. They have no way to remove your cc info to stop the payment you can cancel but they will try to keep you. Like working with cable companies. Just not transparent very deceptive relies on you forgetting you subscribed. It's subscriber relations intents are poor

Canceled on the phone over a year ago, got billed again for $149, was not even getting emails. They said, too bad and would not reverse the charges. Greed over people!!!
