I've been a Daily Wire subscriber for a few months now and I can honestly say they have the worst customer service. They say they'll get back to you but they never do. I'm not some ret@rded lib who's just gonna leave a bad review just because. I'm a native Texan who voted for Trump twice and completely love what DW is doing to save our culture. I had to also recently update my card information on the account and to my surprise, they charged me a fee like it's my fault. They haven't called back or even left an email. Seriously guys, you're better than that. Don't start acting like those stuck up narcissistic mentally brainwashed celebrities we all hate so much. You live to serve us. The people. And with that, I yield back.

Beware the auto-renewals on this service! They seem to view it as a "Got you sucker! Now you're stuck for another year!!" I missed the renewal notice and asked them to cancel ONE WEEK later and they refused.

It is okay at first. Then u start noticing small things. You can not comment on Live shows, but others who you assume like yourself have ALL ACCESS LIVE PASS.. do. You also notice that your phone doesn't have the same great tools like being able to fix a mistake without deleting your whole comment, or putting it on a clipboard.. (Edit) you know The "IT" for regular folk is not there, until you see it is for others. Pretty soon, you understand people complaining in the comment area.. They too have not found a customer service number, or email. Until you do.. but then you begin to realize you are wasting your time.. You think, well I will just get back my money from for the rest of the year! Yeah.. no.. You paid, and not mere pennies you have paid about $300. But you are stuck reading stories about California, Israel and some of the stories are so badly written that you think.. is it just me? No.. you wish you would have read this review.. You could be special, like one of the mothers or aunts or uncles?? Bragging about being a 3rd generation Californion, that can not wait to close on the little rental in Tennessee.. Who really knows?? You are stuck, and they could care less.

Like another reviewed, DW exposed my PW as my user name and when I notified them, they tried to blame me. If you were hacked or made a mistake, please own it and don't try to put your error on a member. I have enjoyed the content - at least what I could access which isn't much. Every time I try to read an article from my daily email, I am asked to log in and then, even though it clearly shows I have a reader membership, I can never access that article. It doesn't matter if I am on a mobile device or a laptop. I first contacted customer support over 6 weeks ago and they are still telling me that "the web team is looking into it". If the web team is that bad, they need to be replaced quickly. And promising to extend my membership to cover the lost time doesn't make me feel better. You want readership, give them access to read!

Long time Ben Shapiro fan, I think he's the brightest mind of his generation. I subscribed only to support their ability to deliver the truth and I'm very disappointed. It appears they have had a security breach - they were sending me emails with my login PW in the clear and used as my name essentially burning my password. Their customer support is pathetic, unprofessional, unhelpful and now that I have asked for a refund, support is nonexistent. Some kid named Josh in their support staff was doing nothing more than avoiding blame for exposing my PW and did not answer my questions. Have they exposed other PW's too? Anyone else have the same problem?
