Advertised to me for over 6 months, finally got the subscription for ONE movie I wanted to watch. Lagged the entire time, no matter what I did to try and fix it. No, it wasn't my internet.

Predatory Billing Practices and Subpar Content – Stay Away! I would strongly advise anyone considering a subscription to The Daily Wire to think twice. My experience with their billing practices has been nothing short of predatory. Despite canceling my subscription, they continued to charge my card without authorization. When I contacted customer support to request a refund for the money they wrongfully took, I was met with their rigid non-refund policy. In essence, they steal your money and refuse to give it back. This seems like an intentional business model to exploit their customers because, frankly, no one sensible would willingly continue paying for this subpar content. Aside from Jordan Peterson’s material—which is the only redeemable aspect of their platform—the rest of their offerings are poorly thought-out, heavily biased, and overall a waste of time and money. It’s clear why they need to resort to underhanded tactics: they probably know most people would cancel once they realize the quality just isn’t there. Save your money and look elsewhere for valuable content. You deserve better than this blatant scam.

Subscribed for $1 a month. I knew my subscription was for a year ending end of November. I tried canceling in December. Extremely difficult to contact to cancel. I am a senior (76) fixed income. DW states I was sent an email reference expiration which I could not locate. Daily Wire is now charging me $13+ a month/actually charged my card $159. I wanted it stopped and reimbursed. They now have my subscription canceled for 11/27/25. Be wary if you want to subscribe...very poor customer service.

Can't download app on Samsung smart TV (only app I've EVER had a problem downloading), won't cast from phone, HORRIBLE UX (user experience); a Jr. High School kid could design a better, user-friendly, usable app. I am severely disappointed.

I purchased a Daily Wire+ subscription specifically to watch Candace Owens, but I was disappointed to learn she was no longer going to be on the platform. When I reached out for a refund, I was told no, which left me frustrated. Poor customer service and misleading information. I won’t be subscribing again.

The service doesn't work, ans when I cancelled my subscription, all they did was cite that I canceled my subscription, ur never address the reason why, like not being able to use the service!

Seen a movie advertised that I wanted to watch. AFTER I paid the $15 for the monthly subscription, I was told I can not watch it because it's not included (just about nothing is included in the base price plan) and would have to sign up for a different plan so I agreed and switched plans. Fast forward 30 or so days I get my account statement and was charged $280 for one plan and another $180 for another plan for a total of $460. I contacted customer service (they only have email customer service, no humans) and was told the first one was not canceled like it was supposed to be when I switched plans so I was charged for both, they admitted it was an error on their part but said their policy is strictly NO REFUNDS NO MATTER WHAT!! it also does not tell you about the added fees and taxes included in the final price till they take it out your account. So basically I paid $460 for 2 movies. Nothing else was worth watching. Such a rip off. And horrible experience. I have changed my account numbers to make sure they won't chbo that as well even if you cancel the subscription and remember NO REFUNDS NO MATTER WHAT so your out of luck. Honestly for what you pay, it's definitely not worth it. $280? That's just absurd when most of what they have is talk shows and news.
