I am on the 2nd bag. Loved the first one, Landon, but needed more space. Spent a lot of money for the Denver, and the size is great, but the functionality isn't there. Didn't come with a little pouch for wallet and keys like the Landon. Phone has fallen out of the phone pouch twice and thank god for Find My. The elastic nets to hold water bottles are a joke. The zippers get caught in the liner. This second time my phone fell out did it for me. 2nd will be the last bag

I purchased the Daily Tote in Pinto, Large in April 2024, and within a year it started becoming bent/mishapen near one of the handles and after 2 years, every corner of the bag was torn and delaminated. I had also purchased the 3-year Extend warranty and my claim was denied because they don't cover "cosmetic wear and tear." I wish I could share the pictures of this bag. It is literally called a "daily tote" and it can not withstand daily use. Terrible quality.

I have the Petra bag and love it. Use it for laptop and work and love all the compartments and how sturdy this bag is. Color is pretty also and I get lots of compliments.

Very disappointing quality and warranty support for a premium-priced bag I purchased a Dagne Dover backpack on 12/21/24, and after very light use, the zipper completely came apart and failed. This was not a heavily used bag, it was not abused, and the rest of the backpack is still in good condition. The failure is isolated to the zipper, which makes it feel like a clear quality or manufacturing issue. For the price point, I expected this backpack to last far longer than just over a year. A zipper completely failing on a premium bag that has barely been used is extremely disappointing. I contacted Dagne Dover hoping they would stand behind their product, especially since this is the kind of issue that should not happen on an expensive backpack. Their response was that the purchase was outside the warranty window, so they would not repair or replace it. Instead, they offered a 30% discount toward buying another bag. That is frustrating because I do not want a discount on another expensive product when the first one failed prematurely. I wanted the company to stand behind the quality of the item I already purchased. I liked the design of the bag, but based on this experience, I cannot recommend Dagne Dover. A premium brand should offer premium durability and better customer support when a lightly used product fails this badly.

I bought the Dakota Backpack (medium) in August 2023 and only used it for a few months before storing it. After about 1.5 years without use, I found the strap stitching had come undone (inner material visible) and the key clip elastic was fraying. Given the minimal use, this doesn’t seem like normal wear and tear. The item was out of the 1-year warranty, so no repair or replacement was offered—only a 30% discount on a future purchase. Overall, durability may be a concern.

I have had two products purchased from them be defective and they would not replace. I won't be buying another product and would not recommend.

Received a large Dagne Dover Indi Neoprene diaper bag as a gift. Less than 2 years into having it the ties on the zippers have broken, the metal piece used to adjust one of the straps broke. For the price point I would expect better customer service and better product quality. I would not recommend their bags fue to the poor quality.

I placed an order with Dagne Dover for a bag on Dec. 14 and it is now Dec. 30 and the shipping is just now tracked by UPS and is expected to arrive on Jan 6. This is extremely slow shipping. They are using a consolidated shipping scheme where they ship to a warehouse and when a sufficient amount of product is collected, then they call UPS for a pick-up. You will get your product in about a month!!! What a disaster for a customer. Most companies get their product to their customers with a few weeks. Shame on you Dagne Dover for treating your customers this way.
