I have the Petra bag and love it. Use it for laptop and work and love all the compartments and how sturdy this bag is. Color is pretty also and I get lots of compliments.

After 3 years of regular use, my bag is still holding up nicely and barely looks gently used. Excellent quality totes.

Purchased multiple times from Dagne Dover. They have the best bags with lots of organizational compartments. Everything is well-thought out. I've only purchased different neoprene products like the Dakota backpack, the Micah crossbody, the Landon duffle bag, Mara phone sling, etc. They are all just as described (although I wish the Mara was bigger). Never had the need to contact customer service so I can't say much about that.
