I've had my eye on the Raquel Flirt Alert wig for awhile now. After watching Heather's video and reading reviews I ordered it when it went on sale. I couldn't be happier. The color (shaded cappuccino), style, fit and workmanship is awesome. I've already received numerous compliments on my new hairstyle. Now I know I can order with confidence from CysterWigs as my first experience was stellar!

I have been wearing wigs for a little over a year now due to Androgenic Alopecia, commonly known as male pattern baldness (in men). I consider myself a true Cyster! Heather and her team are absolutely fantastic! They always have something fun going on. It's obvious that she's working hard to keep her clients happy and engaged. If you can't save money on a wig here, you might as well just wear that beautiful bald head you have!
The staff are so nice you might find yourself just writing to them to see how they are doing! They are so personable that I'd love to have them all over for a pool party sometime, if they lived closer!
I will say, the picking of a color is a tiny bit of a problem. I tried going to a brick and mortar store and they were NOT happy to help me because everyone goes to them to simply select a color, then orders online. They are onto this tactic! They do not take that well and I can understand. Heather and her team do their best to show the colors, but you really never know what you're getting until you see it on your head. You can try getting the color ring, but the swatches aren't usually big enough to truly decide.
Still, pretty much the only time I buy from anyone else is if Heather doesn't stock a unit I'm interested in or she's out of the color I want. I just can't resist her sales on the main site as well as the other incentives available. Go sign up with her websites and see for yourself!!

They have really excellent customer…
They have really excellent customer service and there are always sales going on. They ship and refund promptly but I am disappointed in the high restocking fees. I am new to wigs, uncomfortable and trying so hard to find the right one. I feel bad about returning them because of the inconvenience, but I feel like hell when I lose $20-30 to just try a wig on.

I live in small town Michigan. The nearest wig shop is an hour away and they have more fashion wigs, not the nicer brands. I want something that will last a while. I will probably end up buying online again when I can afford to because I still need one. Thanks for the reply.

Please allow me to take a moment to explain why this return/inspection fee is a practical policy.
By the time we process, fulfill, and ship your order, we will have utilized the labor of at least six different employees. Add to that the shipping and sales tax (which we pay on behalf of our customers most of the time), and the wholesale cost of the product (which is usually $100 or more for a single synthetic), and you can see that by the time a single wig reaches your door, we've already invested quite a lot of money into just getting it to you. We would lose all the profits that these orders would generate if people did this without keeping money in the store via exchanges, so we charge fees specifically to avoid this situation.
We often tell people that if you need to try on a lot of stuff before you buy, brick-and-mortar stores are honestly your best bet. While online prices are lower, they are often lower because you, the client, accept more of the risk for items that may or may not work for you, and you do 100% of the research and styling on your own. Another trade-off is that you have to wait to see the product, whereas you often get to try on and walk home with your hair on the same day at a B&M. Brick-and-mortar salons charge more because they remove this guess work while also helping to customize the hair to fit you better. They have much less overhead than an online retailer and they have more ability to give you hands-on help.
Another thing to consider is a mixed solution of the two. It might suit you to get the primary wig experience at a B&M, and then once you know what works, you can move into buying online to save some money.

I have never, ever had a problem with Cysterwigs. I’m SO glad I found Heather and her team when my bio hair started thinning. Her videos are so incredibly helpful and her staff is knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to help with everything from color selection to processing returns. They have a great selection and I really like the fact that Heather stays on top of the quality. If she feels it isn’t there, she pulls the wig from the site. Great Customer Service and Quality Products
I have ordered several wigs now from Cysterwigs and their clearance site. I have been very pleased with their service, even though shipping is sometimes a little slow. But I understand why that is so I'm ok with occasionally having to wait a couple weeks. Customer service is great at answering any questions I may have and I appreciate the personal touches with the hand written notes and fun tissue paper. I will definitely continue to order from Heather and her team.
