I've been wearing wigs for over twenty years, and bought them from many different vendors, but I must say Cysterwigs is by far my favorite.

You know, even if you have to call them, perhaps thinking an order has gone astray, they treat you like family. And that is whether you are checking on a $500 or $5 comb. Lovely people!! 😊

Best prices and great customer service. A bit concerned about how many things are not returnable so be sure you really know you want to keep some of the purchases. But wigs are so much an unknown; no matter how much you watch the videos and look at the colors, it may not look good on you and it's great that you can return it and get another one with the credit. It does cost a bit each time to return it but it's pretty fair to be able to send them back at a reduced postage to what it would cost you to send them on your own. Anyway, it sure beats being bald from chemo!

I’ve ordered 4 wigs from Cysterwigs in prep for my chemo hair loss. Great prices and quick shipping! What I really appreciate are the reviews by Heather and Taz. Their thorough reviews give the information I needed to know what I did and did not want in a wig. I have recommended Cysterwigs to others in on my same situation. Now I’m just waiting to receive my ROP Kai in Plumberry, Kai is my favorite style by far! Thanks for your service and help for folks who are new to wigs, like me!!

I would have given 5 stars, but I have purchased two wigs o this site after hours of shopping, only to get an email that they were out of stock and my money was refunded. I have completed several transactions. But inventory should be managed better. If a wig is not available, it should be removed from the site.

I found cysterwigs.com because I enjoy watching and learning about wigs from Taz’s Wig Closet. I don’t want to see models who are all made up and their photo was taken by a pfofessional photographer. And it is just a job to models. Taz always looks lovely and she is a wig wearer so she is a big help. Find Taz on YouTube. Heather, the owner of cysterwigs; always looks lovely and is a wig wearer. I bought a wig because after 2 years having white / platinum hair which looks nice but I found I was bored. In photos, my face and hair looked like a marshmallow wearing red lipstick. Even though I always wear clothes with color. I feel good about myself. I am older and have always tried to look my best which I am continuing to do by wearing g wigs. I would never consider buying a wig from anywhere but cysterwigs. Yes, it is a company but it is genuinely interested in you. Check it out. Margaret M.
