Love the video reviews and the website, especially the details about each item and whether it has permatease. The customer service is also excellent. As advertised, Cysterwigs is a little goofy and very real in the best way possible. Heather rocks!

I emailed CysterWigs about needing to make a return due to color. Stephanie Cheeks emailed me back very quickly and answered all my questions. She gave me other color choice options and I really appreciated her advice. I was able to return the wig and I will be purchasing another wig in a different color. Thanks for the great customer service CysterWigs.
