Terrible Customer Service and No Refund Despite Requesting Within 7 Days
** Edit as of Aug, 26**
Disregard my last edit after holding my money over me in order to get me to remove my review, they have now closed my account and provided no update on the refund I am beyond frustrated what was supposed to be a quick refund turned into this complete unprofessional nightmare. I have given up getting the refund and I hope everyone takes this as a warning to not do business with them. For the cyberpanel guys keep my money but I assure you I will spread the word on the complete mess this was.
** Edit as of Aug, 20**
Since I posted my review they are currently working to refund my money, I am under the impression that they will be refunding it so please disregard my review. I will edit this for whenever the money actually appears to my account. I am raising this too 3 stars as the product was good and if they actually fully refund I would rate it a 4
** End Edit**
I had a very disappointing experience with CyberPanel's WordPress Manager. After trying out their service, I quickly realized it wasn’t what I needed, so I requested a refund within their advertised 7-day refund policy. Unfortunately, instead of promptly processing my request, they dragged out the process over several weeks with minimal and delayed communication.
Every time I reached out, it felt like they were just trying to stall, asking for more and more unnecessary information. Finally, after weeks of back-and-forth, they flat out refused to honor the refund. This is not only frustrating but feels like a breach of trust.
If you're considering CyberPanel, be aware that their refund policy is apparently just for show. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a service provider that values their customers and stands by their promises.

¡CUIDADO!

This is a complete lie, if you have solid proof of our team involved in any such activity please let us know.
We can 100% assure this is not something our team does.
Update: Client have again replied with no proofs at all if our team sent mass email through his server. Please provide us with solid proof with logs that our team sent emails using client server? Why would Our team do such a big disaster when they can simply buy their own vm to send emails.
once again I say with 100% confident that this is not possible.
Client need to either remove his review or provide solid proof of our team sending the emails with logs and ip addresses.

Avoid them at all cost
Cyberpanel is a product you should avoid at all costs. The people behind it, Usman Nasir and Sohaib Khan Khattak, are shady and untrustworthy. If you are in the market for a free control panel, steer clear of Cyberpanel. It's not a solution you can trust with your data.
Usman and Sohaib have ignored a verified customer who accused them of taking his money without consent (see his review here). This is not an isolated incident; other reviews have accused them of theft, and more will undoubtedly follow.
Usman and Sohaib have one goal: to extract as much money as possible by ANY means necessary. Every update to Cyberpanel introduces a new feature hidden behind a paywall.
Charging for a service is acceptable, but advertising a control panel as free while restricting essential features until users pay is deceitful.
If you install a WordPress site you will see an added plugin out of nowhere called “CyberSMTPs”. You guessed it, they want money.
Also, the latest update added an enormous red banner at the top, demanding payment for another service. This banner is annoying and cannot be disabled, forcing users to tolerate its presence.
The control panel is filled with bait-and-switch tactics. You might see a function, but when you click on it, it redirects you to the Cyberpanel site, prompting you to pay to enable the feature.
The issue is not with providing services, it’s providing services from people with no track record. In fact the only track record you will find about Usman Nasir and Sohaib Khan Khattak is theft accusations, substandard service and poor support. Why would I trust them with my emails and my data and even pay them for that? These people are delusional.
Make no mistake, It's only a matter of time before the entire control panel becomes unusable without paying.
Avoid these people like the plague. Opt for other free and respected control panels like CloudPanel, aaPanel, or ISPConfig.

Hi,
All I can see in this review is that you are bashing us for adding some paid features. Which are clearly mentioned here: https://cyberpanel.net/cyberpanel-addons
All free control panel who are quite for some time in market have paid features.
If you actually have some bug/problem to report let us know.
Also when you subscribe to stripe subscription you get an email to manage your subscription.
thanks

I am extremely disappointed with both…
I am extremely disappointed with both the product and the company.
The support provided is nothing short of a disaster. Despite opening multiple tickets and corresponding with the same agent, it seems that with each reply, my concerns regarding the main issue are not being addressed.
For an entire week, I inquired about the possibility of separating the web server from the mail server, essentially creating a cluster. After days of communication, which even extended to WhatsApp as we moved away from the ticket system, I was suddenly informed that clustering is not possible.
The system is riddled with bugs. For instance, creating a subdomain such as dev.mydomain.com works, but attempting to install WordPress in subfolders like dev.mydomain. com/devwebsite1 and dev.mydomain. com/devwebsite2 is not feasible.
While the package offers a range of functions, the underlying development is severely lacking.
Despite investing in the lifetime add-on pack, I deeply regret my decision.
Perhaps the most frustrating aspect is their inability to make my order visible in the backend. Despite submitting multiple tickets with various information such as order IDs and email addresses, they have been unable to grant me backend access.
I politely requested a partial refund, only to be refused on the grounds that I am outside the refund period.
In light of these issues, I cannot in good conscience recommend this panel. I have since migrated to ISPCONFIG, which not only offers similar features but is also free, cluster-friendly, and supported by a large community.

Be careful with this company
Be careful with this company. They took my money after I cancelled everything. I told them to cancel the trial well in advance, but still they took money.
I would rather advise people to stay away from them.

Scam Artists- do not purchase any premium services from them!!
I would rate this SCAM artists 0 if I could, I understand it's a free cpanel and developers needs money to fund their project. However if you are offering a paid premium service be very sure it's fully functional. This isn't a review to take a company down , folks is a real life experience, took one of their free trial services that doesn't work, reported it several times , got a response once and never again only for them to try to charge my credit card after a trial period. Such a shameful act, many are willing to purchase your extra services, unfortunately ,you damaged your reputation with your own God given hands. Such a tacky way to go
