My experience with CyberPanel Pro add-ons has been deeply disappointing. Bad costumer service. the panel is outdate and a lot of tools are broken. the add ons are cheap but half developed. Its a scam I tried my best to reason with them and thy still didn't what to offer a solution nether help me. Ih you looking for a panel just get something else

Let me break down the nightmare I’ve been through so you can avoid falling into their trap. I purchased a CyberPanel license a few days ago, hoping for a reliable web hosting solution. Instead, I got a broken product riddled with issues: WordPress wouldn’t install properly, DNS management was a mess, and there were constant bugs that made the platform unusable. I spent hours trying to fix these problems, but nothing worked. Frustrated, I decided to request a refund—something they claim to offer with a 7-day refund period for one-time payment plans, as stated in their emails. Here’s where the scam begins. When I contacted their support (Shoaib Khan Khattak), they refused to process my refund, claiming there’s a “no refund on discounted purchases” policy because I used a coupon code. EXCUSE ME?! This policy is NOWHERE on their website—I’ve checked every page, and there’s not a single mention of it! They LURE you in with coupon codes on their homepage, making you think you’re getting a deal, only to use that as an excuse to deny your refund when their product fails. This is straight-up deception, and it’s disgusting. I emailed them multiple times, explaining that I’m not interested in their support or troubleshooting—I just want my money back. But Shoaib kept dodging my request, offering “support” instead of addressing the refund. I even sent them a screenshot of my receipt to verify my purchase, but they still refused to budge. They’re clearly stalling, hoping I’ll give up. Well, I won’t! What makes this even worse is that their website has NO refund policy listed anywhere. They advertise a 7-day refund window in their emails, but then pull this hidden “no refund on discounted purchases” nonsense out of nowhere. This isn’t just bad customer service—it’s a deliberate scam to trap customers. They take your money, deliver a broken product, and then refuse to refund you by citing terms they never disclosed. How is this legal?! I’ve had to escalate this to multiple authorities because CyberPanel is based in Escondido, CA. I’ve reported them to the California Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA) and the California Attorney General for their deceptive practices. I’ve also filed a report with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to ensure their scam gets on the radar of federal authorities. On top of that, I’m filing a chargeback with my credit card company and considering small claims court if I have to. I’m also reporting them to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) because this kind of predatory behavior needs to be stopped. To anyone reading this: DO NOT BUY FROM CYBERPANEL. They’re a scam operation that will take your money and leave you with a broken product and no way to get a refund. Their coupon code trick is a trap to lock you in, and their lack of transparency is a clear sign they don’t care about their customers. Save yourself the headache and go with a reputable company instead. I wish I had seen a review like this before I made the mistake of trusting them. CyberPanel, you should be ashamed of yourselves. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Cyber Persons is hands down the most incompetent, unreliable, and deceitful hosting provider we have ever dealt with. Our VPS, their control panel, their entire customer portal, and support system all went offline for over 7 HOURS, leaving our LIVE production website completely down, costing us money, clients, and reputation. Their total lack of communication during the outage was unacceptable, and we were left in the dark with no way to reach support since their entire infrastructure collapsed. But wait—it gets worse. After demanding a full refund and cancellation, they started playing delay tactics, making excuse after excuse, refusing to issue a refund immediately, and holding our payment details hostage by not allowing us to remove them from their broken system. This is a clear violation of GDPR and consumer rights, yet they still refused to comply. Their so-called “customer support” is nothing more than a shameless attempt to stall and frustrate customers into giving up. Instead of honoring our cancellation request, they begged us to stay, offered us a laughable “one free month” as if that could fix their utter failure, and continued dodging their responsibilities. At this point, Cyber Persons is not just a bad hosting provider – they are a borderline scam operation. If you value your business, your data, and your sanity, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. We have already taken legal action, filed a GDPR complaint, and processed a chargeback through our bank. Avoid this nightmare of a provider. There are far better hosting companies out there – Cyber Persons is nothing but a disaster waiting to happen.

I tried out this panel and even purchased some paid extensions, I decided to go another direction and canceled everything. One of the subscriptions didnt cancel and they keep billing me for it. I have emailed them multiple times and even contacted stripe to report them. Mu card provider is going after them now to stop the fraudulent charges. Stay away from these people. Thieves!

I bought the service in this 7 days period, tryed to contact them, tichet/email/livechat without response.. 60 usd was paid for NOTHING. Dont pay for addons, they are hungry!

STAY AWAY! SECURITY RISKS AND REFUND SCAM! Just like many other people, I have found this panel to be not ready for production, plus they ask money for any addon (most of them are needed to have a decent environment). On top of that, the security faults this panel has faced due to poorly written code (with more than 20.000 servers hacked) as well as this company's shady online reputation, have made me reconsider this software. - SUPPORT DOES NOT EXIST - Their website chat is dead, no one is replying. I have tried to contact them multiple times with no luck. I've managed to get just one e-mail from support where someone was asking my e-mail id to fix an error, which I have never reported. - THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY - I have filed a refund request, since I am in the 7-days window where they say they offer a refund. I paid full price so there is not even the usual "you used a coupon" excuse they use to avoid refunds. They have stopped replying ever since and just like many others have experienced here, I think they are trying to keep the money. In the end, they won't be able to keep it and they have even more damaged their reputation. No one should trust these people. This is VERY SERIOUS and it is a RED FLAG for everything, even for trying for free their software. I am going to write other reviews in the Web Hosting forums, on Reddit and VPS forums. I encourage other people to do the same. The more people know what to expect from CyberPanel, the more people will try and find a decent alternative.

I honestly don’t know how CyberPanel has so many positive reviews. My experience with them has been nothing short of terrible. I’ve used a lot of hosting panels over the years, and CyberPanel is by far the worst. It’s buggy, unreliable, and their support is a complete joke. The features they advertise sound great—OpenLiteSpeed integration, SSL automation, 1-click WordPress installs, backups, email management—but nothing works as it should. The WordPress installer constantly broke with permission errors, SSL certificates failed to validate without any clear error messages, and backups? Restoring them was a nightmare. Sometimes the restore didn’t work at all, or worse, only restored part of the data. The email system is even worse. Spam filters are completely ineffective, and setting up DKIM and DMARC is way more complicated than it needs to be. It felt like every feature was only half-finished, and I was constantly troubleshooting things that should have worked out of the box. What really pushed me over the edge was their support. I purchased their premium plan because I thought it might solve some of these issues. Big mistake. When I reached out for help, their responses were slow, generic, and often completely unhelpful. I requested a refund within their so-called 7-day trial period, but they denied it because I had used a coupon code to make the purchase. Seriously? Refunding a digital product costs them nothing, but they couldn’t even do that to make things right. I’ve since switched to another control panel, and the difference is like night and day. Everything works as it should, and the support team is actually helpful. I honestly don’t know how CyberPanel has so many glowing reviews unless people are only using it for very basic setups or haven’t tried anything better. If you’re considering it, save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. It’s not worth the frustration.
