great support

2 years with cyberpanel, i have using their cyberpanel with their 1click backup service, its working all good, and their support team is really good at it.

CyberPanel tech team is highly active and having strong knowledge about server. They have provide technical support and guidance for start with cyber panel.

I recently faced a severe and highly complex security incident on my server, including a sophisticated malware attack, DNS failures, and a complete server lockout. The CyberPanel support team stepped in and handled the situation with absolute brilliance. They didn't just apply a quick surface-level fix; they conducted a deep malware sweep across 27 hosted websites, completely restructured my server's firewall (integrating it flawlessly with Hetzner Cloud), implemented a zero-downtime database password rotation for all sites, and even set up a highly secure Jailed SSH environment for my clients. Their communication was incredibly transparent, guiding me step-by-step with clear technical explanations that gave me total peace of mind. They literally turned a nightmare scenario into a rock-solid, fully secured server environment. If you are looking for a powerful control panel backed by a team of true, elite-level server administration experts, CyberPanel is the absolute best choice. Massive thanks to the entire support team for their dedication and outstanding effort. 5/5 stars, highly recommended!
