Always been a huge fan of their clothes. Got a bit ambitious and bought some clothes that were the wrong size and I was outside the return window. They were super understanding and still gave me store credit. Very responsive by email and fantastic customer service.

I ordered 6 split hem t-shirts from cuts. They arrived in the expected time and were all packaged in a premium manner. I loved the fit and feel of all the shirts and was very impressed with the experience. I had a slight issue with 2 of the shirts and contacted customer serviced. I was blown away by the experience that Irene gave me. She listened to my issues and was immediately understanding. She asked for a few verification details and then proceeded to replace the shirts at no cost. Over all I am in love with the t-shirts and extremely impressed by the customer service. This is a great company with very high quality products. I will be a repeat customer and would recommend it if anyone!

I've been buying from Cuts for years. I'm a big fan of their tees, shirts, and hoodies in particular. Will be loading up on their fall gear soon.

First off I just want to say I love the shirts, the fit and feel is amazing BUT with that being said I'm still very disappointed in the durability of them. I have 4 shirts the Breeze color came with oil stains on it and CUTS customer service was great in sending me a new one so kudos to them. However just a few days later I was wearing the sage shirt and got a few chocolate stains on it. I then washed it and the stains didn't come out....like at all...they just turned into what looked like oil stains. I then oxi cleaned it twice, used shout stain remover and washed it 3 times....and nothing could get the stains out. It now just looks like I have oil stains all over my shirt and I can't even wear it out. Idk what type of fabric this is but it seems to be bad when it comes to stain removal. I just bought these shirts a month ago and only wore this one twice. Extremely disappointed because I really loved the fit and im a fan so I'm going to have to buy more of the same shirts and just be extra careful when wearing. If you buy them just be careful to only wear them out occasionally. :/

This brand got my attention right from the start. Cuts has done a fantastic job with their products and their customer service is even better. I ordered a pair of the AO Joggers and I was so excited to get them. When i did they were a little short but i loved everything else about them so i knew i had to make an exchange. I reached out to the Cuts customer support team with an email and they got back to me within the hour. I am now waiting on my new pair of joggers and couldn’t be more excited! Thank you Cuts and Thank you Irene!

I have been a fan of Cuts since I started wearing the shirts. Since then I have expanded my closet from shirts, to pants to bombers. Recently, I reached out for assistance and was helped by Cuts Customer Service team (Heidi, to be specific) and they were absolutely wonderful to say the least. I would gather it’s safe to say my request was not one that they get often, and even so, they did everything and anything they could to help me and make my experience a positive one, as it always Is. Without going into the nitty gritty details, the Cuts customer service team (specifically Sandra) helped me in a situation where Cuts had NO OBLIGATION to help. Sandra went above and beyond to assure I had a great customer experience. It’s awesome to see that a premium brand such as Cuts clothing offers the same premium customer service.
