I´m a longtime Cuts customer and I have owned exactly 10 items from the store. I´m writing this review because for the first time I´ve had a bad experience with the brand and felt like sharing. Ordered a Chileno Camp Collar button up shirt in the coast color about a month ago, used it once and it´s already ruined. Recieved it extremely wrinkled from the packaging but decided to wear it anyways since it was a weekday and i was working remotely. Spilled some regular water on it and it got stained like it was oil (it wasn´t), after which i decided to machine wash it in cold water as instructed. When it came out of the washing machine, it was torn like it had been done on purpose. Waited for it to dry and it had these very ovious and large stains+wrinkles and it had a quite noticeable hole on it from machine washing. Quite out of the ordinary experience because every other item i´ve ordered has been high quality. I tried to leave an on-line review but the web page wont allow it. Absolutely apalled by the quality of this product. I would advice anyone against buying it which is a shame because it´s stylish and the color is nice. As an advice to a great company: Make it easier for your customers to leave feedback and use it to your advantage. There´s no point in hiding these sort of things. Also, improve the quality of the materials or be very clear about how delicate they are when advertising the product itself. Very disappointed. Sincerely, An international customer.

I ordered the wrong size of a shirt by accident and tried to do an online exchange but didn’t realize it was past the exchange date. I emailed the CUTS customer service team and Sandra from CUTS got back to me right away. With Sandra’s help I was able to exchange the size no problem! I definitely will be going back to get lots of more clothes from CUTS in the future!

I'm shocked to see some of the low reviews on here. I've had nothing but amazing experiences with this company. I have ordered from them at least 15 times and have never had an issue with shipping. The shirts are amazing quality and are my go-to for workouts and casual settings. I also have their polos and wear those for work. Their signtature shirts are tight-fitting, but I found that if I go up a size, they fit perfect and look great. They now carry looser-fitting shirts which also fit well, but I actually like the larger size with the trim cut. I HIGHLY recommend the apparel from this company. If you know you're going to be buying a lot from them, check out their VIP program. It paid itself off quickly for me.

I want to return two tees that I purchased for husband had a serious health issue. I returned them within 17 days and have not had a reply or refund Trying to get some help on this asap.

I made an order over a month ago and still it has not shipped. I asked for a refund two weeks ago and the customer service has been less than helpful. Wrote them again and still am waiting on a reply.

I am a first time customer and ordered two pairs of shorts. One however came in a larger size, I believe it was tagged wrongly. I wrote in to ask how to go about it and Sergio from customer service did not helped much. He should however become a lawyer since he likes to argue and win in my dissatisfaction. I will not buy any of their product at all and will encourage friends and families to do the same too. We should CUT them off :)

I bought their shirts multiple times and wear them to the office on a daily basis just because it's very hard for me to choose something else (the fabric and the fit is very unique). I was very surprised to see all the negative reviews, but that was only after i wanted to leave a 1 star review as well due to a problem i had with one of the agents from customer service. They saw my review and the support team got back to me make things right and they did (and in a very pleasant way). Bottom line is this - are the clothes worth the money? Absolutely 100%. Do they need better customer service representatives that don't make final decisions? Absolutely 100%. I don't see how shipping, duties and taxes can affect the company's reputation so much so i think people are a bit harsh here with the reviews. To me it's always been the quality and customer service and I was super glad they came through and made things right. I will definitely buy again.

If you want to know what their shirts feel like go to Lululemon and try one on there - not the same cut but feel exactly the same. They feel nice but def not worth the price tag. This company also has really shady business practices eg. I bought a shirt full price at $34 two years ago and now I see they are having a sale with some shifts at 50% off… making them $38. I understand many companies have had to raise their prices due to the pandemic but more than double? Their ‘sales’ are a scam. A shame as they could have done well without the dodgy business practices/useless customer service/greedy prices Edit to respond to the reply saying “Any shirt you purchased a few years back should not have increased that drastically.” - Not sure if that’s implying I’m lying? I still have the email with the exact prices I mentioned 🤷‍♀️
