I found out about this brand from Alpha M (youtuber) and never looked back... I've bought t-shirts, polos and summer hoodies and the quality is superb. The cut of the t-shirts are great. Very athletic which is unlike an American brand unless it was A&F. I got caught out on import duty so I'd ask for anything to be shipped as a gift and the only reason this is 4* is because I've not tried more of their products. I will be though and everyone should... If you want a solid T, go for cuts!!

Cuts company meets every expectation from a customers point of view. Great product, great company, and great communication. It Is very rare to find a Men’s clothing line that has all three. From an outsiders point of view, the pricing may catch you off guard but when you compare to similar competition in the high quality clothing market to Cuts, Cuts is a bar above the competition because it brings all 3 factors to the table. Keep it up!

This is not so much on the product itself, but the customer service (CS). Joggers are a commodity that many other brands do very well. That said, Cuts should try to go that extra mile and separate their products from the others with fantastic CS and they do not. If you do order, allow at least 2 weeks for delivery. I was told from their CS that it takes up to 5 business days to process an order. In a world where everything is on demand, cuts needs 5 days to box your order before it even ships. It’s like a bad episode of shark tank where the sharks knock the entrepreneur for not being able to deliver on the product.

The pros: Good quality Good customer service The cons: Shipping Inventory I have had multiple issues with inventory running out of stock on the AO joggers after I already placed the order as well as being sent the wrong item/color in the first place which leads to the original item/color being out of stock which makes the whole thing a nightmare. I normally don’t even write these reviews either. After this issue happening multiple times over a span of months from June 2022 to even now. I have been sent different sizes, different colors, haven’t been sent the item at all and just everything in between. They need to seriously look at their warehouse and their shipping and fix the discrepancies they are experiencing. It’s a shame because the product itself is actually worth it which is why I’m giving them three stars along with the helpful customer service. However there is only so much customer service can do if the item is out of stock.
