As a bona fide fan of CUTS for their clothes (5 stars too); especially the various fit and selection offered, today it was really their customer service that went above and beyond. Shipping around the world hasn't been easy, especially the last couple of years due to what has affected us all. I live in Singapore, I am far away and sometimes items get lost in transit. It happens. When I logged my issue with CUTS customer service, Janz jumped on it and swiftly replied, apologized and sent out a replacement package the same day. The replacement package arrived to me within 3 business days. Superb service and response time! Big shout out to Janz and CUTS as a whole!

CUTS clothing is some of the best quality i have ever purchased. I love everything I have purchased from the tees, joggers, hoodies and outerwear. It fits me perfectly and stay in great condition wash after wash. If I could I would order literally every style and color they offer. Irene in customer service also was great to work with. I love CUTS!!!

I have ordered a lot of cuts clothing throughout the years and have been pleased with three main things: The simplicity of the design, the fit and the quality. I have now ended up updating most of my wardrobe to Cuts Clothing. It is pricey, but if you can purchase during sales, it is definitely a worthwhile investment. The support team has also been great, any issues with orders is dealt with promptly.
