Edit as of 11/29 After writing of this review I have my changed my rating to 4 stars. Oscar from cuts reached out and immediately and made right with me regarding the extreme delay in my order. that alone created a much better customer service experience and much appreciated! Ordered some clothes for a trip happening in December. I ordered November 12th with a stated 5-7day shipping. Thought would be more than enough time. Unfortunately that was not the case. I reached out after about 2 weeks and got a response a couple days later stating I would have to wait another week in December!! before they would either expedite or refund my money. Last order from cuts for me. Sad because their clothes are decent quality.

I have been doing online shopping for a while now and I just say their customer service has been a top notch. Never had any issue and they would actually try their best to full fit your need and questions. Truly appreciate 👍

I live in Australia and the new country specific pricing is way over the top. My issue isn't with the actual product, I love the clothes and have brought many items over the last couple of years. The tops in particular are consistently excellent and the only tops and hoodies I buy now. But looking at the recent $AU rate implemented by CUTS recently is way in excess of the actual exchange rates. e.g. Black Friday sales have tops today at $35US, with the current exchange rate this is $52AU but CUTS new $AU price is $61. That is a $9AU difference for each T-Shirt, Makes buying CUTS in Oz no longer viable.
