After writing a letter the Better Business Bureau, they contacted me and said they would refund...a month has gone by, and the 233 USD has still not shown up in my account. You can't make this stuff up. THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY!!!!

Clothes came fast. Super soft and stretchy.

I had two purchases in the past few weeks. Both arrived timely - but I had to return thr 1st order because I ordered the wrong size. Returns were so easy with multiple return locations within 10 minutes of my home (plus I was refunded while I was still at the counter returning the items! I had a notification on my phone.) My second order arrived & I noticed one of the shirts wasn't wasn't the fit I ordered. I reached out to cuts & they're sending me a replacement on them! Overall a wonderful experience, especially considering it's during their biggest sale of the year & the holidays. Shout out to cuts for great customer service!

Cuts is awesome. I’ve been a loyal customer since 2019 and they’ve never let me down. I probably own 18 or so tshirts in different colors & styles, and finally just tried the hoodies. All have been amazing. Great fit, great quality, and excellent customer service each time. I get compliments in the shirts all the time and if people notice the “X” and recognize it they’ll usually comment.

I had recently ordered some polos from CUTs and the delivery company delivered them to the wrong address and were not able to retrieve it after I filed a complaint. CUTs was very responsive about this and immediately issued me a new replacement order! The clothing quality is great but so is the service!

I had purchased a t-shirt for my husband but after 2 weeks the shirt was never delivered so I reached out to their customer service (Mari) and she took care of my issue right away. She was a huge help and I appreciate the attention she took to fix my issue.

I needed help with an exchange and Mari was quick to respond and support me through the whole process. The best customer service I have received in a long time.

I have bought many tees, to me these are the best by far among all the brands I have tried. I am still wearing the ones I bought 2 years ago because they just don’t shrink and still retain the shapes after so many washes. I have also returned some that I don’t like, exchanged 2 that happen to have out of stitches, one of which already past 30 days, there were all no hassles. These tees are definitely value buy especially when they are on sale.
