I am happy with the recent purchase of a T800 crane truck and dolly. The sales representative (David Watkins) was knowledgeable, transparent, and helpful with ensuring it met the requirements, didn't allow me to over-purchase, and assisted with stepping me through the purchasing process. The level of professionalism in dealing with Custom Truck was best in class. The only reason not to give a 5 star was during transporting the truck to the location a design method with locking a gear in place allowed the unit to become damaged rendering the crane truck inoperable for a few days while a fix for the problem was being implemented.

James, thank you for taking the time to review us. I'm sorry about the issue that occurred during transporting the equipment. That's certainly not the service we strive for. I'm glad there was fix but do apologize for the downtime. We appreciate the 4 stars and the feedback.
