Purchased a 2019 Freightliner bucket truck with 36,*** miles. Transport company came to pick up the truck and found the check engine light was on. Waited 6 hours and then left after service turned the light off. 200 miles into a 550 mile trip the light came back on. Once in my possession I was tasked with finding a local dealer and dropping the truck back off where it was worked on again. After a week of waiting for approval we picked the truck back up and had it wrapped with our company logo. Check engine light came back on and again was tasked with dropping the vehicle back off at the local dealer. During transportation we also noticed the air conditioner was making a loud vibration noise which we immediately mentioned to Custom Truck. After waiting on authorization again the truck was found to have a bad turbo. Once again we waited on approval for funds and after a week the parts were ordered for the turbo but nothing for the air conditioner. After turbo was completed we asked again "what about the air conditioner ?" We were told that since we didn't purchase a extended warranty that Custom Truck would NOT pay anymore for anything else. We have not driven this truck more than 50 miles since delivery and haven't used it once. Made two payments already for them to basically say "we are done" with fixing anything else. We will NEVER recommend or use this company ever again! Never once got a call from anyone in management....

parts people wont take order. they make you go online to order parts

The parts were ordered at an acceptable time and were not shipped out same day, even though I paid for next day air. Then the part didn't show up for two days. The only help provided was the person who took my phone call and was willing to knock a few dollars of the freight charge for us. Regardless, the part was for work we had done for a customer that was in dire need of that seal kit, and he was losing money while we had his machine tore apart with no parts. After waiting two days we then proceeded to get the wrong seal kit(s). This in turn had potentially really hurt a local business and we now will be more diligent if we order from you again and to follow up until we get results. I can only say that the order takers are okay, the filling and shipping side could use some work.

Salesman assured me that we could hold a truck for 24-48 hours with a buyers order. Salesman called me 8 times in the following 2 hours from signing the buyers order with the sales manager trying to sell the truck to someone else. Be honest. Tell me what’s actually the deal

I can not bring up part manuals for my Terex crane. The part numbers in my parts book do not come up. When I get someone on the phone I have to argue with them to get help.

Officially 8 weeks since our truck was delivered. It has been a complete nightmare for us. The truck hasn't performed even a 1-hour job. It has spent the entire 8 weeks since delivery under the microscope and troubleshooting at either Custom Truck Canton or the Ford dealer. 8 weeks and they've offered me nothing to help me perform my work, no replacement of the truck... THEY'VE DONE NOTHING. EXCEPT CONTINUE TO TROUBLESHOOT AND TROUBLESHOOT..... FOR 8 WEEKS!!!!! We spent $200,000.. that money is in your bank account. Meanwhile we have a $200,000 truck that essentially useless. Nobody has ever reached out to me besides the salesman. I'm constantly the one following up with them. Who the hell is the manager? Do they not have the spine to get involved and make a decision to get me taken care of. Are you just waiting for me to file a lawsuit? WHERE IS MY SOLUTION? WHEN IS THIS GOING TO END?

Rented a crane from you guys because it was brand new and wouldn't have to worry about break down. Service manager in Denver customer service is terrible. Was told if crane broke parts would be over nighted by Lee Cunningham sales man. Been down 7 days now and no communication

Called Customer Support to ask about some parts on 1 of the 5 units we have purchased in the last year from your company. As soon as the Customer Service Rep saw our account was on hold, he didnt want to have anything to do with me. Felt like he wanted to hang up and just directed me to the website for any further information. Like I was a bother and wasted his time.
