The sales side of the house is amazing! Daylon will treat you right every time and goes above an beyond! Now the bad: The service side of CTOS is horrible!!! Expect to be overcharged, from the hourly rate that is higher than anywhere else in the area to charging extra hours on your units. When you ask them for a breakdown they give you the "that is for internal use only" response. The expect to be pat on the back for putting a customers units in the shop in front of their own rental fleet. Save yourself time, money and a headache and use someone else for your service work.

quality of work is great but builds are several months overdue.

I have to wait like 2 months. So yeah. 2 stars. Edit-I actually received these parts in a very timely fashion, however the website said that they were backordered through November. If I had known I would get them that quick, I would have bought them sooner. I will upgrade to 3 stars.

It was straight forward and to the point

We need MSO's quicker? Copies? We are paying for trucks but not getting MSO's in the proper manner. You need to change your process or hire additional help in the MSO/Title department. We are financing trucks and trailers and not getting these documents in 3-4 weeks is unacceptable. This isn't the first time we've addressed this issue?

What I don't like or understand is why it takes months and months of going back and forth to get simple clarifications. I also don't like the fact that I for some reason can't talk to their chassis dealer. If I could do so I feel it would eliminate months and frustration on both sides. In the end I think we're going to get good equipment but the quoting process needs improvement.

The truck is great and the buying experience was easy. My certificate of origin was lost and I had to use my original 30 day tags even though they were five months expired before I finally received my new certificate of origin.
