The truck broke down. We had to wait for over a week to get it repaired. We lost about 10 days of work due to the delay in getting the right part delivered.

My company was looking for a new hooklift truck. After searching for weeks on line, I finally found what we were looking for on your website. Made contact and was directed to John Ross. John was polite, knowledgeable and professional. He walked me through the entire process, John was always available for my calls and made the whole process very easy. We purchased the truck within a day. And with in another day I was informed the truck was on its way to us. I would recommend John and the team at Custom Truck One Source to anyone looking for that right truck. Vernon Dickens Director of Sales and Business Development Medical Waste Services LLC Ashland, Ky
