I have to wait like 2 months
I have to wait like 2 months. So yeah. 2 stars. Edit-I actually received these parts in a very timely fashion, however the website said that they were backordered through November. If I had known I would get them that quick, I would have bought them sooner. I will upgrade to 3 stars.

There was no direct way to search for…
There was no direct way to search for parts specific to my machine. Even after looking up the part numbers in my parts catalog for my machine, the parts I ordered still turned out to be wrong.

Awesome service and easy to use transaction. Kinda pricey sometimes but availability trumps that.

Brad was very good at explaining everything and very prompt to get the paperwork all set up. Very easy strait forward and enjoyable experience. He also followed up with calls and emails.
