Custom Pet GiftsReviews of custompetgifts.co

Had an amazing experience with custom pet Gifts. Lost our Beloved doggo we had for 16 years. I gifted my father this beautiful keychain he absolutely loved it.

I love the custom pet gift I received, I have it on my keychain and it looks just like my baby. It’s well-made, durable, and my item came within a reasonable time span for something custom-made. I do recommend this website to immediate family, and friends.

I sent in a photo of my husbands dog that past away hoping it would get the most detailed outcome and it did! He loved it and I love it as well. Thank yo so much

My item came quickly and exactly as expected.

I bought a stainless steel keychain of my dog who passed away and I loved how detailed it was!! I came back to order more of my pets on keychains for my family members as a Christmas gift and they were in awe as well by the detail. Thank you so much Custom Pet Gifts!!!!

I had a great experience with y’all. Just one minor thing happens during my order and that was just I got the wrong order but once I emailed you I got the right package the next week. There was great cooperation which I really appreciate! Other than that I love everything I ordered.

I ordered a keychain on January 6, 2022 and as of February 6, 2022 my order has yet to even be shipped. I waited until January 23, 2022 to reach out to customer service about an update on my order since it had been awhile and knew they were a small business so things can get hectic sometimes. I was told by “Laila” that she would tell the fulfillment team and then didn’t hear anything back until I again messaged them 4 days later and was told by “Laila” once again that there was an error made during the process and it would be a few more days. It has now been a week and I’ve emailed them asking to cancel and get a refund or ship my product as this seems like a scam or just a garbage business. After reading reviews, it seems like “Laila” is the complaint from most people and they might want to consider getting rid of her. I will update if I actually get the order or not.

The most beautiful gifts! Loved the necklace of my golden retriever! Highly recommend.
