The product that I ordered doesn’t really have any etching in it, you can see some details but you have to really look at it to figure out what it was. Very disappointed

I LOVE Custom Pet Gifts. I have ordered from them a number of times and have always been very pleased with my purchases. I have also had experience with another company (prior to me finding Custom Pet Gifts). It took months before I received my order and then, the finished product was very poor. The quality of the product is outstanding! It looks just like the picture I sent. I was slightly disappointed in the time it took to ship, but it was well worth the wait. Their customer service is quick to respond and very apologetic. Knowing now that they are a small business, I think they are doing a great job!
