Transition from NBI to Customgenie not smooth!
I'm not particularly happy with the transfer of process from Name Badges International to Customgenie. We had dozens of templates that we ordered from and they were all lost. Also there was no clear crosswalk betwen the NBI offerings and the Customgenie offerings. I think this could have been done a lot better. I know it should have been done a lot better.

Poor Print Quality
Print quality came out very poor for the domed stickers despite my high-resolution art file.

Stay Away
Issues uploading art online. Phone calls w/ their reps would give us conflicting information that no one could back up in an email as we tried to place orders online & email artwork. After reading reviews, I think we avoided a HUGE MESS!

The new website took a few minutes to…
The new website took a few minutes to get used to, as artwork is handled differently. Love that the discount is automatic for our wholesale account.

It's always a MESS
4 of 5 orders were messed up. and had to submit each time pics and go back and forth to get each corrected
