Getting better
Not great, but you're improving. Thank heavens for Nidia Limon. She takes our pdf files and makes sure they're properly produced. I wish you had a way to upload pdf files on your website for those of us design professionals who do our own files.

The ordering process was very confusing and time consuming
The ordering process was very confusing. There was no clear way to update the cart, add or change the number of badges or edit the badges.

Very simple to order

Your website is not easy to navigate…
Your website is not easy to navigate and I tried reaching out multiple times for assistance and apparently, no one is able to help---if they answer the phone. No one ever tried to reach back out to me from leaving messages and emails.
