NBI's form was easier to navigate
NBI's form was easier to navigate. This form had error after error and no easy option to change the font to a basic white, even with using #ffffff. I ordered the badge, asked them to change the font color and we'll see how it looks.

The last company we used
The last company we used, I believe it was Name Badge International, had an excellent website. They saved our badge design, so whenever we needed to reorder, it was quick and easy to do. With this company, I have to go back in and recreate the badge from scratch every time, which is very cumbersome and time-consuming.

Need to bae able to add additional names without recreating the entire setup
I don't like that you cannot preview badges when you order more than one. I liked namebadgeinternational interface where I could design a badge, then add additional names/titles without recreating a whole new badge.

This company has changed a lot
This company has changed a lot, and it's a real shame. Previously, prices were available in Canadian dollars, but they switched to US dollars without notifying us. We now have to pay for shipping on small orders. The shipping prices are now incorrect, so all our recent quotes are wrong.

I just got home from vacation to find…
I just got home from vacation to find the decals delivered. They seem to be good quality and all but they are not the color I ordered they are to be placed on a black tinted window of pickup truck therefore they can’t be black like what was delivered I had requested exactly what you sent except all lettering white foreshadowed over the grey/silver CP like the image I uploaded…. I would like this remedied please

Transition from NBI to Customgenie not smooth!
I'm not particularly happy with the transfer of process from Name Badges International to Customgenie. We had dozens of templates that we ordered from and they were all lost. Also there was no clear crosswalk betwen the NBI offerings and the Customgenie offerings. I think this could have been done a lot better. I know it should have been done a lot better.
