Hi Michelle, Thank you for the feedback, and for sticking with us while we improve. We’re so glad Nidia has been taking good care of your files. Your suggestion about uploading PDF files directly on our website is a great one, especially for design professionals who prepare their own artwork. We’ve shared it with our team. In the meantime, you can keep sending your files to Nidia or to our customer service team, and we’ll make sure they’re produced exactly as intended. We appreciate your business and look forward to earning that fifth star.
