Timely receipt of order and they were beautiful!
The name badges I ordered came in a timely manner and were perfect. I order pretty frequently when we have new hires or existing staff have lost their badges. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because the new ordering platform is harder to work with than what I have used in the past. I figured it out, but preferred the other ordering process. Also I was a little bummed that it didn't save my previous template created a while ago.

Seems like from production to my door…
Seems like from production to my door was super fast. Sooner then I thought. They are very affordable and the best part is I could order small quantities. I want to experiment with different pens and my designs before I pull the trigger on large quantities. They helped make that happen.

Customer service was very helpful
Customer service was very helpful, since I was disappointed all my old info did not copy over from my original company that they bought. She helped me with my order and it arrived on time as promised.

Unable to update image/file after…
Unable to update image/file after uploading before production. No pre-production approval or confirmation, just once and done. Price was good, but what I received was unusable. Was contacted by the company and they took my two suggestions to update their ordering process. Kudos for reaching out.

I ordered clear stickers
Edit: after reading my review, manager approached me via email with an apology for their mistake and processed my exact order. I received it today. They are perfect. Thank you very much. I ordered clear stickers. I got white background but before this order, I ordered before this, got it perfectly. But very affordable price.

Very Disappointing
I placed an order through ASI- but not even the Customer Service rep knew...your website no longer converts an ASI order into a Custom Genie order. When I finally received the sample order I paid for; it was GOLD instead of the SILVER I ordered. I lost Weeks of time to get the order placed properly, only to receive something I couldn't even send to my client.
