I couldn't be happier with the results of the custom bride and groom Chris did for my niece's upcoming wedding. Not only did he recreate a great likeness of my niece and her fiancé but he also recreated the wedding dress (highly detailed), tux and even his shoes! He made every modification I requested no matter how small without hesitation.

Jiang and his affiliates from Custombobbleheadus were absolutely patient, accommodating and provided exceptional customer service. We were in constant contact with them making sure every detail I’ve requested was up-to-par :) I opted for non-bobbleheads and I could not be happier of the end reveal of my partner Raymond and I… I will be referring my family and friends. Thank you guys for this figure of love that we’ll forever cherish.

Initially, the customer service provided was amazing. Quick responses and VERY patient with my questions and changes. Dealt with "Chris" and he was constantly in communication via email with me about the progress, my changes and provided photos of the updated changes on the bobblehead. Shipping was fast just as promised. The item was carefully and securely wrapped for shipping and WOW, it was packaged nicely! Finally product was absolutely PERFECT! Quality of the material was fabulous. Artistry skills were EXCELLENT. The resemblance to the photo I provided was uncanny. This was my first order with Custom Bobbleheads and I will not only be a repeat customer but will highly recommend them to my family and friends. If you're looking for a unique gift like a Bobblehead, call Custom Bobbleheads now - you won't be sorry. THANK YOU, Chris, and to whoever did the Bobblehead. (Debbie - SF)
