I finally gave up after multiple emails and 2 photos
at present this matter is being addressed in a timely fashion so would like to raise my one star to a 3 star. I finally gave up. I showed the photo and the CBUS rendition to people who did not know the subject and not one person thought they looked alike. For those who know him, I showed only the CBUS, and no one named my son as the original. The restocking fee was ridiculous so I took the bh and spun a story on how unique he is. There is a bald circle on his head where hair should be. what happened?

Great communication!
Great communication as well as an amazing final product! The bobble head looked like the photo I submitted and was competed and delivered very quickly. I paid extra for rush shipping and was pleasantly surprised when it arrived within 2 weeks from ordering.

Was fun to be part of the process
The interaction during the process was great! It was great to have a hand in the making of my custom bobble head. They did exactly what I wanted and were very patient. VIP2 was completely worth it and I highly recommend Custom Bobble Heads US :)

I don't settle for less than perfect in my buying transactions. Chris worked with me to get my bobblehead a work of art, but the test would come when my son opened the box containing his forever gift. Opening his gift on Christmas Day, he literally shouted with surprise, "It's me! I have my own bobblehead!" And, that folks, is the greatest endorsement I can give. Due to his employment, there won't be a photo. Just know how pleased we are with Chris's work. Merry Christmas & a Joyful New Year...

Chris was absolutely fantastic to work with! He was extremely responsive and flexible with every change I requested making the entire process, smooth and stress-free. I just received my bobble head and it’s perfect exactly what I envisioned! I highly recommend Chris for his professionalism and attention to detail.

I am a repeat customer at Custom…
I am a repeat customer at Custom Bobbleheads. When I get a photograph I want to memorialize, a special occasion, or something goofy somebody can put on a shelf in their work office to make them smile, I send them a Custom Bobblehead. Custom Bobblehead’s craftmanship is remarkable, the likeness is second to none, the just do GREAT WORK. You will be amazed. And they will get the item to you very quickly, very fast turnaround time. I am a repeat customer and will be for a long time.
