Shoes were great but took three weeks to get them!!!!
Response from CushiowMar 23, 2026
Thank you for sharing your experience - I really appreciate it. I completely understand that waiting three weeks isn't ideal, and I'm sorry for the delay. That said, I'm really glad to hear the shoes were worth the wait and met your expectations. We're always working to improve shipping times so the whole experience feels just as good as the product itself. My Grand son didn't receive the shoes. I emailed you guys but, no reply. I was wondering when would I get a refund or at least a exchange. Please check it out and respond. Thanks!
Response from CushiowMar 23, 2026
I'm really sorry to hear about this - especially since the shoes were for your grandson. I completly understand how concerning it must be to not receive the order and then not get a response. That's definitely not the experience we want for you, and I sincerely apologize for the delay in getting back to you. Let me take care of this for you right away. Could you please share your order number with me? I'll check the full shipping status and make sure we move forward with a clear solution - whether that's a replacement or another appropriate resolution. You shouldn't be left waiting without answers, and I'll personally stay on this until it's sorted. Thank you for your patience, and I appreciate you reaching out again.

It took a length of time but the wait was well worth it. It took some traffic turn that made me feel unsure about my purchase but I found my strength in time and indeed due time came my delivery arrival.
Response from CushiowMar 23, 2026
Thank you so much for sharing your experience - I really appreciate your honesty. I completely understand that feeling of uncertainty during the wait, especially when the shipping takes a bit longer or the tracking isn't very clear. That can definitely make anyone second guess their purchase. I'm really glad to hear that everything worked out in the end and that the shoes were worth the wait. That's what matters most, and I truly appreciate your patience throughout the process. If you ever need help with another order or want something similar, I'd be more than happy to assist. Thanks again for your support!
