I ordered simple address labels on Nov 17th. It is now Dec 3rd and still no labels. In the meantime, I ordered custom made Christmas Cards from Imprint that were delivered within days of me ordering them in addition to multiple on-line purchases that have been from a myriad of companies all delivered, again, within days of ordering. What is taking so long? I called customer service who said I had to wait until Dec 6th before I considered the labels lost in the mail. I will never order from Current Catalog again!

I tried to order address labels. I was told I would get a 20% discount + free shipping. When I checked out, I was not permitted to review my personalized address labels which seems sloppy on their part. I checked out anyway and paid by credit card. What irks me however is a $2.99 shipping surcharge was added to the final bill yet hidden from the itemization at check out. I am peeved. UPDATE: On Dec. 18 the labels finally arrived; I was also given a courtesy credit for the sneaky surcharge. While I cannot use the labels for this year’s Christmas letters, I have them now for next year. Moving from 1 star to 3 stars.

I ordered several products recently from Current. All but two arrived in a timely fashion. One was backordered and arrived a few weeks later. One item was sold out. After a month of waiting for a refund check to arrive, I called Customer Service. I was repeatedly informed that I had not been charged for the unavailable item. I told them I had mailed a check that had already cleared my bank so I most certainly did already pay for the item. The representative could not get this through his head and after “doing the math” said I owed them money!! How could that even be?!?! They have lost a customer of more than 40 years!!

Almost comical, it was such dreadful service. Ordered checks in early Sept. THREE weeks later, they are delivered and they are printed wrong. Contacted the 800 number, where the agent argued with me that the checks were OK. (Font and phone number were both wrong) She demanded photos, which I sent. Three weeks after that, I received another order. Still wrong. Finally today, Oct. 28, another order received. Phone number finally correct, font still wrong. How can a company screw up this often and stay in business?

I have shopped with current for many years and been very satisfied however recently I placed an order and from the beginning it’s been nothing one big mess I needed to change ship address and was assured it would not be a problem after calling several times I was assured there was no problem however a week later I got a notice from fedex that the package was shipped to wrong address-out of state! Each time I called customer service I was told that call volume was to high to call back later or wait 48-72 hours for a call back from a supervisor a week later I’m still waiting for this to be resolved I have been in customer service my whole career I would never treat a customer the way I’m being treated Their customer service dept is the worst I’ve ever dealt with they need to be retrained Sadly they have lost a loyal customer I will never order from them again

I had placed an order September 20, 2024. I had selected some Christmas seals that could be personalized, along with other items. I clicked on the button to not have it personalized. After a week of not seeing my order shipped, I called Current. I was told that my order was on hold because they didnt know if I wanted my seals personalized. I asked why no one called me. Also, why did it have an option to opt out of personalization? I had clicked on the button to not have personalization, but instead they just held my order. I got a lot of apologies, but no results. I was told that they would expedite my order, and I would have it by Friday October 4th. Still no order. It has not shipped yet. I had called again, and was told that they would send an email to shipping to expedite it. I have seen this company decline. I have shopped with this company for over 30 years, and I use to love ordering and looking through the catalogs, but I am now going to rethink any future orders.

Company has ZERO respect for customer wishes. I began my first attempt at stopping their catalogs from landing in my mailbox A FULL HALF YEAR AGO. It is still happening. I got the next useless tree-murdering paper catalog in the mail today.

My issue is the illegal delivery of yet more catalogs to my box in spite of (yes I have evidence) notifying them to stop this. On my second attempt at cease and desist, the agent claimed it would indeed 'take' this time but I am forced to deal with two more cycles of catalogs before this happens.
