Minus 1 star. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I Placed an order for Christmas cards & address labels on 23 Nov (to miss Black Friday rush). First email I received said 4-7 business days for shipping. NOT! Wrote them every week and time for delivery was always extended “ within 15 business days “. When checking “tracking”,it sat in Denver for at least 5days “pending label”. Needless to say that when they arrived on Christmas Eve, I couldNOT use items. Now they want me to pay to have shipped back which cost more the the original purchase price! Never ordering from them again.

I ordered a roll of Christmas wrapping paper on Dec. 8. According to tracking it's not going to make it here by Christmas. They didn't send it until Dec. 13 from Colorado, going to Florida via Fed Ex. Still should have made it.

They don’t even deserve a 1 star, I ordered Christmas return address labels & paid extra to get them here & it’s only a week till Christmas they were supposed to ship them overnight & didn’t! Trying to get a refund! Never do business with these people unless you can wait fire to get your order!

I ordered Christmas cards, and received totally different cards than the ones I ordered. I called Customer Service, and I was assured the correct cards would be sent with expedited shipping. Seven days later, and the new cards haven't even been shipped! I had to purchase cards locally in order to get them out in time. NEVER AGAIN!!

I am a long time customer! I love their heavyweight wrapping paper. I am so disappointed, I placed a small order on December 1st for some Christmas gift labels, a calendar for a gift and some notepads for stocking stuffers. On December 10th I contacted customer service asking the status of my order. They didn’t get back to me until December 13th to tell me my order had shipped and gave me tracking information. Well naturally I tracked my order! The labels have been printed but the shipping carrier has not picked up my order and it is now the weekend. I am furious! There is absolutely no excuse for an order taking this long to fill. These are items that should just be sitting in their warehouse. I am done!

I have always used Current to order checks and never had an issue. The last order I received was defective. The checks would not tear off without ripping at the top. I needed to use a razor blade to cut the checks. I ended up having to order checks from my bank. Called Current customer service twice - they offered a refund and said they would give a return phone call on the status of the refund. Still waiting after 3 months. I will no longer be ordering checks from Current catalogue.

I paid for expedited shipping for my daughters B-Day items & the items came a week late AFTER my other items arrived. Contacted them several times for a refund on my shipping however I haven’t heard back. Terrible customer service!!

Current Catalog Company is substandard at best regarding shipping. I paid for expedited shipping and package was still scheduled to arrive late. Manager claimed it was due to holiday delays. If that was the case they should provide an explanation to that effect that is not in fine print but posted prior to ordering items. Manager assured me I would get package Dec 4 and received notice today Dec 5 that package not coming until Dec 6. Needed this item to send out Christmas invitations. Poor business practices and customer service.
