Good experience with their customer support

I liked the Curology products but needed to cancel because I’m trying to cut costs and their customer service was very professional and nice when I requested to cancel

I cant say that I am happy but at least Agency try to help me fast and I appreciate it. I was ready to start my new treatment and my moisturizer bottle didn’t work, I tried everything till I gave up. So I have to wait for it to be delivered soon. Thank you

My experience was fabulous. I had trouble with one of my products…I could not get the moisturizer to come out of the container. I was upset because I had just gotten my subscription and wouldn’t get another for two months. They immediately put another moisturizer in the mail for me. I greatly appreciate their customer service, not to mention their anti aging products.

Honestly everyone just wants to help you with anything you need. I had to find out through trial and error that my skin hates niacinimide and from start to finish I had help every step of the way in getting just the right prescription. Customer service is top notch too. The text feature is amazing, and everyone is so helpful. I had somehow messed up my birthdate of all things through a typo, and they fixed it easily. It's really a great company.

I liked the initial customer service and end. I liked how the products seemed gentle. I Loved there persistence in following up and Timely response and problem solving. I disliked that I was charged way more then what I was quoted all of a sudden. I disliked the quality of the products, it was nothing great or exciting. I also did not like my response from my specialist after asking if the product was working for me or not. I understand some things don't work for everyone, but I don't really recommend. I do believe it would work for some people and will not try to knock someone from doing so...
