I loved my experience with curology. My face had never felt better. I did have to cut my relationship short due to financial issues. And when I woke up in the morning and realized I was charged for this months shipment that I completely forgot to cancel. My husband is going thru chemo treatments and the money we have I have to budget, I explained this and customer service worked with me to cancel the shipment and return the money back to me. I almost cried seeing the refund notification. I can not wait to be able to come back to using curology.

I got all the information needed and was well taken care of.

I have done Curology twice now and I am so pleased with their customer service. If you are on the fence about it.. just go for it. You have nothing to lose.

Product and service are both excellent! I have been loving my products and now with a mod up during a move, I’ve been in contact with customer service and can say I love that experience as well. They were so helpful and quite to resolve the issues.

Without going into great detail I have been a customer for years. I had a recent experience that was disappointing and unacceptable. I addressed it online via text customer service. It was handled promptly and regained my appreciation for their product and service quality.

This was my first time using curology and I wanted to give it a shot after having continuous breakouts again and again. I used it for over a month and followed the instructions to a T, washing my face twice a day every day. For the first few weeks, my skin was looking well. The acne I had went away and my skin was not as dry as it usually was. However, eventually, the lotion was not doing enough and my skin started feeling dry again as I would have to reapply the lotion midway through the day. After over a month of using curology, I was outside helping my family with a house project. I was outside maybe an hour or an hour and a half. When I came back inside, my face felt warm and looked red. Within the next hour, my face had broken out into blotchy red rashes over my nose, cheeks, and chin. I had gotten a sun rash that burned and itched covering my face that could only have been caused by my custom curology (I do not take any medications). The rash lasted about 4-5 days and I had to apply aloe on my face and hold an ice pack on it for at least 3 of those days. The rash only appeared on my face and this has never happened before, therefore I can only assume it was my curology. Since then, I stopped using it and I haven't had a problem since. I just wanted to share my experience in case this happens to someone else. I didn't know this could happen, but here is a warning in case you plan on being outside in the sun at all. I will not be using curology again. I do not need to experience the pain and ugliness I felt from a sun rash again.
