Great service and quick response

Let me just take a minuit to express the absolute shock and joy I've experienced this morning, so I forgot about a charge that would happen today, looked on their website in regards to my order and found a number I could text, this part alone took me back. I sent my message around 5:30 am and their auto system informed me that a agent would see my messages and address my concern. I left my email and what I wanted done and when I woke up at 7 am, I had a message waiting for me. A personal message at that. They let me know they had stopped the shipment and refunded my money. That easy. And gave me follow up steps and were super kind and helpful. Have not experienced this level of customer service on line, not ever. This is the most positive experience I have ever had and their products work, really really well

Took the “free trial”. Delivered on Dec1,2023z Policy states I have one month from delivery. On December 12th went to their website to consult as I had a skin reaction to product. Was told to mix with moisturizer and try again from “the provider” who turns out to be not licensed. Get charged 112 in December 25th with no receipt and in order details. Literally just have a generic receipt from PayPal. Check the Curology account and there is no order generated. Email as instructed and walk through the process to cancel everything. Get an email today telling me the mystery order is shipping. customer service says no refunds no exchanges for a product they sent and charged knowing I had a reaction to it before my trial period had even ended. Found out a lot about this company during the text chat. Read the terms be try carefully, They do not stand behind their products and they do not care about customers only accounts they can charge.
