CurologyReviews of curology.com

They are SCAMMERS I ordered trial box It’s almost a month Never got any shipments or shipping confirmation Only email I got was the one that trial was activated I want to cancel before they charge for the second shipment but their site just won’t let my email access to their site I sent numerous email with my personal infos Never got any response this whole week I’ll just contact my credit card company to refund and block any charges from them. Going to cross report bbb and any other websites I can access

They claimed I had an existing account (I don't) then said my money was refunded (it never was). This is after they charged me for the trial AND the second shipment. What a bunch of scam artists. Btw, you're all getting the same exact "personalized" cleanser.

Got this for my teen daughter hoping to clear up some small breakouts. It’s been 7 weeks and now her skin is super irritated, red and the breakouts have doubled.

I feel like I need to make some clarifications in the review because of the amount of people complaining about things they are wrong on. First things first, they give you 2 months worth of product in a bottle and charge you $60 every other month. The product when used properly, lasts well over that. This is not walmart. If you want cheap crud for your face, go there. The consumerism and amount of people complaining about the cost of this product is disturbing. It's a prescription product. Medicine costs money. This product is awesome. It is the only thing that helped my cystic acne. When i wanted to change my formula to combat acne AND prevent aging, i messaged the provider and she changed my formula without a fuss. They're communicative when need be and I have had an overall great experience.

The Curology help team is so nice and patient with helping with what I needed! They not only did it fast but had multiple ways for me to contact them to get the help I needed! This was very helpful and they have an amazing team!

Customer service representative was great. !!!!! Appreciate your help

Very professional and great customer service. You will not be disappointed with products. This service is also great for working individuals not able attend the dermatologist in person. Definitely recommend and give 5/5 for my experience.
