It’s too early to say that there is improvement, but I do see some signs of progress.

I have ordered both the healing pad and oral care products from Curayou. I am impressed by the products themselves asI have noted a decrease in discomfort after using the pad for 20 minutes daily over the past five weeks. This encouraged me to purchase the revive oral care product as I have had gum procedures in the past. While I won’t truly know its effectiveness til I have my next check up at the periodontist in May I feel pretty confident of a positive result based on my observations after using the pad. A bonus is the responsiveness of customer service. I reported that the tooth tray wasn’t working properly after using it for about a month and the company promptly sent a replacement product. The way they stand behind their products is a positive for me.

First, the delivery time was significantly longer than expected, taking nearly two months to arrive. Second, the device is very uncomfortable to use. The hard plastic frames surrounding the light panels press into my body, causing discomfort and leaving marks on my skin. I have used similar devices in the past that featured flexible, soft panels, which were much more comfortable. Additionally, the device does not appear to provide any relief for my pain. It tends to overheat and becomes uncomfortable quickly. In comparison to other models I have used, the heating sensation is much slower and gentler, allowing for longer and more tolerable treatment sessions.

It keep sliding off my foot and I have to constantly adjust it. I thought it would fit better as a boot rather than a long strip. I would like to return it.

Excellent and prompt customer service! I really liked the 2024 model, but got an upgrade recently to the 2025 dental/gum device. It has some new settings the older version lacked, with increased options for light combinations that I am loving. Also, the mouth plate fits better and I definitely notice the continued healing of gums.

I received my machine right after the new year. A friend suggested that I try this one after she had great luck and her 87 year old mother did too. I ordered it for lower back pain that I had been having for several months and lidocaine patches weren’t touching. After 3-4 days using twice a day I already felt relief!! Now at that point my pain wasn’t gone but so less severe. Now two weeks later I only have a slight dull ache at times!!! I have my husband using it in his bone on bone knees and I also started using it today on my feet as I have thickening nails as well as a possible stress fracture on one foot. I also have a friend that has used a light mat (different brand) for her neuropathy and a trigger finger and has seen results. I have a trigger finger as well so I added that today into my daily routine. 20 minutes go by SO FAST and every minute is so worth it!! I contacted Emma this afternoon with some questions and her responses were so quick and explained everything I was asking so clearly. What great customer service she sent throughout the evening!!! Kudos Emma…very impressive!

I couldn’t live without my red light. I have several bulging discs in my back and continue to have constant pain when it flares up. When I use my red light therapy on a regular basis, it is so helpful. I also use it the minute I get a sore throat and within a day it is gone. I’ve used it on my chest for heartburn and I’ve also used it on my stomach. It all works for me, thank you for creating such a wonderful product. I would totally recommend this to everyone I know. I’ve had my red light for over a year and a few of my lights went out. I contacted the company and they replaced it immediately. I was very thankful. Great customer service.

I'm doing applications for my right knee as specified in instructions and my wife does applications for her right shoulder for a week now and both of us do not experience any improvements so far. We will continue in anticipation of better outcomes and will update our experience.
