I purchased a Laserflex Ultra in March of this year and in June two of the five panels just stopped working. I contacted customer support and Emma reached out to me the next day with several questions and a request for a video showing the problem. Two weeks later I had a replacement unit. I was very pleased with the speed and quality of assistance I received from Emma and customer service. I am also very pleased with the unit itself. I suffer from lumbar spinal stenosis and have used the Laserflex Ultra twice a day five days a week since March with excellent results. This unit in combination with Physical Therapy has kept me mobile, my pain manageable and allowed me to avoid a second back surgery.

I recently purchased a Cura LaserFlex Ultra unit and immediately experienced an issue which I was unable to resolve on my own. I contacted CuraYou Support on their Help webpage, and within 10 minutes received a reply from Emma, their Customer Service Representative. She made several suggestions to be certain I was following operating protocols. Unsuccessful, I emailed her back with my results. Emma was amazing, she was very patient and quickly followed up my email with additional comments and information on how to proceed. Then I discovered a faulty power strip which had disrupted 120 VAC to the RLT device’s AC power adapter. Replacing the power strip, the device worked perfectly per the User Manual. My oversight was embarrassing to admit as I apologized to Emma. Using it twice a day the LaserFlex Ultra has consistently performed to my expectations, thank you Emma for your knowledge and patience!
