Order was fine, but who ever you do your shipping with, I have video of him tossing the device at my door. It upset me cause it’s not cheap and he could have taken the extra three steps and placed it down.

The device itself seems fine. The controller is quite flimsy for a “medical grade device.” It can be quite hard to read. And, it doesn’t appear to have anyway to turn it off so if gou are using it at bedtime and don’t want the light bothering your sleep, it appears you have to unplug it. Annoying.

The ordering was ok but I sent a question in several days ago and it was never answered. I know your appliance will help with teeth whitening and I asked what they recommend to use with that. I would still appreciate hearing back from you. I also would like to know more about the different modes and what they are best at. I felt the instruction manual needed more information for what to do after you rec's the appliance. Can you please have someone reach out to me? We ordered an extra mouthpiece and each night my husband and I have been using it on the R/B mode. I am also interested in teeth whitening which is why I sent the original question. The package arrived ok. Easy to assemble. Small print hard to read but instructions understandable though succinct. Have to provide shield to prevent looking directly at red light. Exercise and supplement recommendations helpful.
